THE WORD PROJECT
This project began in 2000 when I had a life
changing experience with Jesus Christ! I've been in the music
business for about thirty years, and that to was about to change. It
started as "THE WORD MINISTRY" ; the musical style pretty much
stayed the same, but my drive and motivation was totally changed!
I've played the piano for about thirty
years also, and my singing career has extended through out most of
my life. As a professional I've traveled and performed for many
years on the road and had the privilege to share the stage with
groups such as: "KANSAS"
"MOLLY HATCHET"
"FOGHAT"
"THE DRIFTERS"
"THE COASTERS"
and so many others just to name a few.
This Cd is all keyboards and a drum machine with myself and my
daughter on all vocals. All songs are written by myself and my
daughter(Daniel Thomas and Danielle Thomas) I play all keyboards and
produced this Cd. I also did all programing, engineering, mixing,
and mastering at "FORGIVENESS RECORDS" a label which I also started.
At this time I have only one(1) Cd that is commercially available:
"The Word Project NO.1".
I'm also working on a "double Cd album"
which I hope to have out by November. One of my greatest moments was
when the Lord called me to sing for Him! and share His message of love and
forgiveness in an on going project which is now called "The Word
Project". I hear from so many people that tell me they truly enjoy
this type of musical style along with the gospel message, and this
has opened a new door for me in sharing "The Word of God".
