Kaitlyn Baker is 13 years old. She attends school at J.W. Adams Combined School in Pound VA.  Kaitlyn has competed in and won numerous talent shows including Kingsport Idol, the VA/KY idol contest, Jenkins days, Whitesburg's Mountain Heritage Festival, The VA/KY Karaoke contest, the Best Friends Festival and others. She has opened up for several stars such as Sammy Kershaw, Sawyer Brown, Doug Stone, Ricochet, David Lee Murphy, and Mel McDaniel. She made her first cd last year after winning the karaoke contest at the VA/Ky fair. She is now finished making her second cd.
